  Earth is requiring Loving communicators just now.
  
  The Universe is evolving more quickly than ever before.
  
  Ozzzy suggests Transpersonal Psychology, Counselling or Ministry within a church without walls.
  
  You are obviously a sensitive being and should listen to your inner voice for concrete guidance.
  
  Also learning to support the best in young children is an admirable vocation; children are our future and many have had the light stripped from them by well meaning but ill informed teachers.
  
  Teachers who can recognise the innocence within all and are able to inspire with passion and joyfulness
  are in short supply just now, this will change as realisation and Love dominates consciousness.
  
  Bless you for your willingness to further your education.
  
  Remember that being a stay at home parent is a choice to be applauded for the stability it brings to future generations.

    Thank you Ozzzy... I would eventually like to teach and in some way be at the front of changing the way children are educated in the future. All of a sudden I have a passion to do Egyptology- Maybe something will come of that? there is an Egyptology Centre in the local university which is open to the public and schools. I am seeing a career guidance person tomorrow and hopefully get signed up on a course or two. Your insightfulness is very much appreciated. Catzy X

        Well I was there over an hour. I filled in a computer generated career finder, and it recons I'm best suited to being a script writer, tattooist or ceramic pottery maker. My trouble is I like the idea of everything, not so much the computer's suggestion though. However, I am passionate about children in today's society and believe that parenting skills need to be part of our schooling education and after. Your first suggestion is the right one for me. It's definately all about the children for me and indeed the parents. It's hard being a parent, especially in view of todays access to drugs, drink and weapons. Society has changed from the polite and gentlemen-ry ways from the past. Obviously the past had it's element of bad, but as the new generation is appearing I feel drawn to helping families. So with that in mind, I might try volunteer work with hopefully a charity called Barnardos. They deal with kids coming out of care and families, and many aspects surrounding children. I just hope I'm up to the job and can help those that need it. I'm also going to do the Foundation in Information Technology course, with a view to passing my European Computer Driving License. But just out of interest, I might study Egyptology part-time, as a hobby subject. I'm all in the air with it all, and I have to consider my family in all this...Lots to think about. Going to career guidance next week again, with hopefully some decisions on the whole matter. That was a big reply wasn't it. I do go on a bit, sorry. But again your advice was the best. I've emptied the dishwasher and it's 2.37 am, now what?

Sorry, I was snoozzzing at 02:38 am!

Poor you, you should have phoned Sleepless in Seatle.

Good preparation for of good sleep another night however, would be:

If you have a problem or concern, speak it or write it down but get it out of your body.

Deal with your unfinished business during the day.

Put your attention onto the breath where it enters the nose, if your attention wanders bring it back.

or Count the breaths from 1 to 7, if you lose count, begin again at 1.

Take a warm bath about 90 minutes before you go to bed.

Wear socks in bed (proven to help you nod off).

Make love before sleeping. mmmmmmmm. (Don't let him see the socks).

Refrain from an excess of alcohol (sorry).

Get out in the daylight before noon sans specs & do some exercise.

A biscuit or cracker with milk half an hour before bed will get your sleep hormones flowing.

For dinner eat broccoli, chicken and rice; all calming foods.

If you must get up, do something that requires eye/hand coordination like knitting or doodling for a short while.
